1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company, workspace content), automatically (device, browser, IP, usage analytics), and from third-party services you connect (only what you authorise).
2. How We Use Information
- To operate and improve OmniAI features.
- To authenticate you and secure your workspace.
- To send transactional emails (billing, security).
- To provide customer support.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with (a) infrastructure providers under strict data-processing agreements, (b) our AI-model providers to process your prompts, and (c) law enforcement where legally required.
4. Data Retention
Active workspace data is retained while your account is active. On cancellation, data is retained in read-only mode for 30 days, then deleted within 90 days unless legal obligations require longer retention.
5. Your Rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Email support@getwealthcore.in. GDPR and equivalent rights are respected.
6. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, JWT-based authentication, workspace isolation, and continuous monitoring. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions.
