Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using OmniAI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Keep your credentials secure and confidential.
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the Service.

You may not use OmniAI to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or that misrepresents the AI output as human-authored where required by law or contract.

WealthCore retains ownership of the OmniAI platform, code, and design. You retain ownership of the content and inputs you provide, and of AI outputs generated for your workspace, subject to third-party model licences.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. WealthCore does not store card details. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. WealthCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount paid to WealthCore in the 12 months prior.

AI-generated outputs are drafts and should be reviewed before use. See our Disclaimer. WealthCore is not liable for decisions made solely on AI output.

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. WealthCore may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, immediately and without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in the courts of jurisdiction where WealthCore is registered.
