1. 7-Day Refund Window
New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the first paid subscription payment, no questions asked. Email support@getwealthcore.in from your registered address.
2. After 7 Days
After the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; you retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Annual Plans
Annual plans purchased at a discount include a 14-day refund window. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for annual pre-payments, but you may downgrade or cancel to prevent auto-renewal.
4. Free Tier
The Free (Forever) plan carries no charges, so no refund applies. You can cancel or delete your account at any time.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@getwealthcore.in with your account email and reason. We respond within 2 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can usually resolve issues faster. Chargebacks without contacting us may result in immediate account suspension.
